*Most continental-US customers see their box at the door in 4–9 business days once it ships. Timelines shown are estimates; storms, customs or carrier backlogs can add extra days.

2. Processing (1-2 days): We prep and pack.

6. Address Accuracy Matters

• Double-check the address before you click “Pay.”
• Parcels returned for a bad address are disposed of by our logistics partners—a re-shipping fee applies for a fresh send-out.
• Forwarding/redirecting a parcel after dispatch is at your own risk for loss, theft or damage.

7. Service Limitations

• No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations—yet.
• Complex or personalized items may need extra design days; we’ll keep you posted.
