We understand—sometimes an item just isn’t right. You have up to 180 days from the day the package reaches you to start a return or ask for an exchange.

We cannot accept responsibility for customer-supplied errors (misspellings, low-resolution images, incorrect product choices, etc.). Please double-check your order before you click “Pay.”


3 Return Shipping & Fees

Return cost: 0.00 $ – that’s right, returning a damaged or defective product costs you nothing.
For all other eligible returns, you pay only the carrier’s postage; we don’t add restocking fees.


4 Step-by-Step Procedure

  1. Wait for approval – once our team reviews your request, we’ll email the authorised return address.
  2. Pack it right – drop a print-out of your purchase confirmation inside the parcel.
  3. Ship – use your local post office or any tracked courier. Email the tracking number to [email protected].
  4. Confirmation – when the parcel hits our warehouse, you’ll receive an arrival notice.
  5. Inspection & decision – we’ll inspect the goods within 2-3 business days and email you the refund or replacement verdict.
    • Refunds travel back to your original payment method; banks usually post them within 5-10 business days.
    • Replacements ship on our Standard service at no extra charge.
