1 Quick Eligibility Checklist

2 Exchanges vs. Cancellations

Exchanges for ordering errors (size, design, quantity, etc.) are not possible.
If you spot a mistake, cancel the order within 24 hours and place a fresh one with the correct details. Our support team can guide you through the quick-cancel process.


3 Return & Refund Criteria

We refund or replace when:

  • Your parcel arrives broken or visibly damaged
  • The product’s design, size, or material differs from what you ordered
  • You receive the wrong item
  • There’s a significant mismatch with the description or images on mdigic.com

We cannot refund or replace when:

  • The item has been worn, washed, altered, or de-tagged
  • Damage stems from customer misuse or alteration
  • Only minor, repairable thread issues exist
  • 180 days have passed since delivery

4 How to File a Claim

  1. Email [email protected] (or use the Contact Us page) with:
    • Order number & purchaser name
    • Photos or video of the issue
    • Shipping label or courier receipt
    • Brief description + whether you want a refund or replacement
  2. Our team replies within 2-3 business days with eligibility and the authorised return address (if required).
  3. Ship the item back only after approval. Include a print-out of your purchase confirmation and email us the tracking number.

Mdigic ships Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Eastern Time (GMT-05:00).


5 Refund Timeline

Original outbound shipping fees are refunded in full on approved claims.


6 Important Notes

  • Keep your return tracking slip; we are not liable for parcels lost in transit back to us.
  • Returned goods remain your responsibility until they arrive at our Las Vegas warehouse in original condition and packaging.
  • Ineligible, late or non-compliant returns will be declined and may be shipped back to you at your expense.
