1 Free “Change-of-Mind” Window

  • Time limit: 0–24 hours after the order confirmation e-mail lands in your inbox.
  • Cost: $0—all edits or cancellations are on us during this window.
  • How:
    1. Email support@mdigic.com with the subject “Cancel Order ” or “Change Order ,” or
    2. Drop a note via the Contact Us form (include your order number, name, and the exact change).
  • Hours: Requests are handled Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. EST (GMT-05:00).

We process messages in the order received, so fire off that e-mail as soon as you spot a mistake.


2 Locked-In After 24 Hours

Once the first 24 hours pass, your items move to the production and packing line. At that stage we can no longer cancel, swap sizes, update designs, or adjust quantities. The package will ship per our [Shipping Policy], and any tweaks must follow our [Return & Refund Policy] once the parcel arrives.


3 Address Accuracy Matters

Before you hit “Pay,” double-check every field:

If an order bounces back due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may need to pay a re-shipping fee. Mdigic isn’t liable for delays or losses caused by bad addresses.
