1 Our Promise
Mdigic respects creators, brands, and personalities. We do not knowingly host or sell content that violates copyright, trademark, or publicity rights. The rules below explain how we protect those rights and how right-holders can ask us to take material down.
2 What We Protect

3 Spot Something Wrong? File a Takedown Report

Subject line: TAKEDOWN REPORT
Include all of the following in plain text or PDF:
- Infringing URL(s) – Direct links to the exact product or page.
- Proof of ownership – Copyright registration, trademark certificate, or a link to your official site.
- Your details – Full name, company (if any), phone number, and e-mail.
- Statement of good faith – “I believe the use complained of is not authorised by the right-holder, its agent, or the law.”
- Electronic signature – Type your full legal name.
4 What Happens Next?

5 Counter-Notice (If You’re the Uploader)
If you believe the takedown was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with:
- The URL at issue
- Your name, address, phone, e-mail
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to misidentification
- Your electronic signature
We forward counter-notices to the claimant. Unless the claimant initiates legal action within 10 business days, we may reinstate the content.
6 Repeat-Infringer Policy
Accounts subject to two (2) valid takedowns within a rolling 12-month window may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
7 No Legal Advice
This policy summarises our internal process and does not constitute legal counsel. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, seek professional advice before filing.
