How do I find a product fast?Use the 🔍 Search bar at the top of any page, or explore the drop-down categories in the main menu.
Is there a wish-list?Yes! Hit “♡ Save to Wish-List” on any product page. Saved items live under My Account › Wish-List.
How can I tell if something is in stock?The product page shows live status:
In Stock → green “Add to Cart” button
Out of Stock → greyed button + “Notify Me” email sign-up
Do I need an account to buy?No—guest checkout is welcome. Creating an account simply lets you track orders, store addresses, and unlock member-only promos.

Which payment methods do you take?Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, major debit cards, and PayPal.
Is checkout secure?Yes. Mdigic runs on 256-bit SSL and is fully PCI-DSS compliant—card details are encrypted end-to-end.
Where do I enter a coupon?On the cart page or during Step 2 of checkout, paste your code into “Coupon / Gift Card” and click Apply.
My payment failed—now what?An on-screen message and email will explain why. Double-check card info or try another method. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we’ll troubleshoot.

When will my order ship?We process payments Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6:30 PM EST. Orders placed before 5 PM EST usually enter our queue the same day.
What shipping options do you offer?Standard: Handling 1–7 biz days ➜ Transit 7–20 biz days ($4.99)
Fast: Handling 1–2 biz days ➜ Transit 10–15 biz days ($14.99)
Most mainland-US parcels arrive 4–9 biz days after dispatch.
Do you ship everywhere?We currently ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only (sorry, Alaska-Hawaii-Puerto Rico & APO/FPO are not yet covered).
How do I track my package?When your label prints, we email a tracking link. It can take 3–7 days for the carrier’s first scan to appear—hang tight!

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel or edit my order?Yes—free within 24 hours of purchase. Email [email protected] or use Contact Us with subject “Cancel/Change Order ”. After 24 hours the items move to production and can’t be altered.
I mistyped my address—help!Let us know ASAP. Once a parcel leaves our Las Vegas hub we can’t reroute it; returned packages may incur a re-shipping fee.

What’s the return window?180 days from the delivery date for most non-sale, unworn items with tags.

2️⃣ We send a prepaid label (for defective/incorrect items) and instructions.
3️⃣ Slip the invoice in the box and drop it with the carrier.
Who pays return shipping?Return cost: $0.00 on approved claims — Mdigic covers it for damaged, defective, wrong-item, or first-time size/color swaps.
Can I swap sizes?Absolutely—one free size or color exchange per order. Contact support with the new variant; we ship the replacement once the original is on its way back.
When do I get my refund?We inspect returns within 2–3 biz days of arrival. Approved refunds hit your original payment method within 5–10 biz days (bank timetables may vary).
