Hello from Mdigic (owned by Andre Ross). This notice explains how and why we drop little text files—better known as cookies—onto your phone, laptop, or tablet when you browse https://mdigic.com (“Website”). It also shows you the power you have over them.

1 What are cookies?

Tiny text snippets that your browser stores so a site can remember things like what’s in your cart or how many visitors popped by.

  • First-party cookies → set by us, mdigic.com.
  • Third-party cookies → set by partners (for shipping integrations, analytics, ads, etc.).

2 Why do we use them?

3 Your cookie controls

  • Banner choices: On your first visit we show a Cookie Manager. Hit Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or fine-tune each category.
  • Browser settings: Every major browser lets you delete or block cookies. Check its Help menu (Chrome / Edge / Firefox / Safari / Opera / IE).
  • Ad opt-outs: See the Digital Advertising Alliance (US / Canada / EU) for cross-site ad preferences.

Remember: If you block Essentials, parts of our shop (cart, checkout) may stop working.

The exact list changes as we improve the site, but here’s a flavour of what you might encounter:

Heads-up: The line-up may shuffle as we add or retire tools; the Cookie Manager always reflects the current roster.

5 Other tracking technologies

We also use:

  • Web beacons / pixels – teeny-tiny images that tell us an email was opened or that you hopped from one page to another.
  • Local Storage & Flash LSOs – store settings (e.g., video volume). You can clear these in your browser or Adobe Flash controls.

Turning off cookies often disables these related tools automatically.

6 Targeted advertising

Partners like Google Ads or Bing may set their own cookies to show you offers for Mdigic items on other sites. They see your browser—not your name or email—unless you’ve shared that yourself. You can opt-out via our banner or the ad-network links above.

7 Policy updates

Laws change, and so does tech. When we swap, add, or retire cookies, we’ll refresh this page and bump the “Last updated” date. Big changes may trigger a new banner prompt.
